Belgium

Annex B 1375-1387.5/1427-1439.5 MHz implemented
Annex C 2025-2110/2200-2290 MHz: SAP/SAB airborne/portable/vehicular video links

Bosnia and Herzegovina

1427-1452 MHz (CEPT T/R 13-01E Annex B) and 1492-1517 MHz (CEPT T/R 13-01E Annex A) are used for unidirectional fixed links for broadcasters feeder links; no pairing  - Bands 1350-1375 and 1375 – 1400 MHz used by military.
2070-2110/2245-2290 MHz (CEPT T/R 13-01E Annex C) used for infrastructure PMSE, remaining of the band used by military.

Bulgaria

The frequency bands 1350-1400 MHz, 1427-1452 MHz, 1492-1525 MHz, 1660-1670 MHz, 1675-1710 MHz, 1785-1800 MHz, 2025-2110 MHz and 2200-2290 MHz are also used by the tactical radio relay links for the national security. (NATIONAL PLAN

The range 1-3 GHz is not designated for civil fixed services

Croatia

Frequency range 2085-2110 MHz is used for FM links, according to the national channelization plan

The frequency bands 1350-1400 MHz and 1427-1432 MHz are  allocated for military service.

Finland

The frequency bands 1375-1400 MHz and 1427-1517 MHz are also allocated for military service.

Recommendation T/R 13-01 is not implemented but some national possibilities exist according to the national table (2017) 

Montenegro

Band 1427-1518 MHz is designated for MFCN. 

Slovenia

Frequency range 1427 - 1517 MHz dedicated for mobile IMT technologies.

Spain
