A Graphical Visualisation of National Table of Frequency Allocation (NTFA) and applications information (search and compare) is included in EFIS. The tool can also be separately used outside the EFIS database on other webpages (without the EFIS design) and with the allocation and application terminology translated in national language. Alternatively, administrations can also generate pictures of parts of their national frequency table. The "external usage" features are especially considered as helpful for smaller administrations which otherwise could not have such a tool.

The tool will look like your own tool without EFIS frame/design.
Alternatively, users can also export customised pictures or the selected frequency table information (in csv format). The tool is free to use. In order to use the tool with your information you should provide your NTFA and/or application information in an excel spreadsheet. Please contact [email protected] for help/assistance. ECO will assist you for the mapping of this information in EFIS usable data in xml- format.
Tool features: you can zoom, scroll, export picture/ table information, select horizontal/vertical arrangement of entries, export a link/use the tool externally you can compare graphically the allocations or applications of two or more countries. The allocation and application terminology can also be translated into your own language using terminology mapping tables.

You take another xml and match 'column-by-column' as appropriate in the EXCEL file. you can take the ECA example for this. Save the file and correct the header for your EFIS account. Save again (as xml and right format, choose UTF, not ANSI). You can do this for example in notepad. Next step: import your file in EFIS. You may need to correct some entries for spaces ' '.
